You can ask QibCode to delete server-side app data associated with your access.

How to request deletion

Email hello@qibcode.com with the subject Data deletion request. Please identify the app and provide only the minimum information needed for us to locate and verify your account/access record. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details or private cryptographic keys.

What we may delete

Depending on what exists for your account, deletion can include server-side authentication/account references controlled by QibCode, registered-device records, entitlement/access records, trial-usage records and related operational metadata.

What is local to your phone

Practice Needed / Done / Deleted status, resume information, selected chapters and some caches are stored locally. To remove those, use the app's reset options where available or clear the app's storage/uninstall the app. Server-side deletion does not automatically erase files already stored on a phone you control.

Purchase and legally required records

Google Play controls its own purchase records under Google's policies. QibCode may retain limited records where necessary to document a completed transaction, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Any retained records will be limited to those purposes.

Verification and timing

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting protected access records. We will process valid requests within a reasonable period and will tell you if we need additional information or if a limited retention requirement applies.
