These terms apply to QibCode's website and Korean Naturalization Interview Practice.
Independent study aid
Korean Naturalization Interview Practice is an independent study aid. It is not official material and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, Hi Korea, KIIP or another government body.
Accuracy and changing requirements
We work to keep the practice content useful and accurate, but laws, procedures, official materials and interview practices can change. Always verify current requirements, dates, fees and eligibility through official sources. Use of the app does not guarantee a test, interview, immigration or naturalization outcome.
Trial and full access
The app may offer a time-limited free trial followed by a one-time full-access purchase through Google Play. Trial limits are measured and verified by the service. A full unlock grants a personal licence to use the protected app content; it does not transfer ownership of that content.
Accounts, devices and offline access
Protected access may be associated with an authenticated user and a registered device. Internet access may be required for trial verification, initial device registration, purchases, entitlement checks, downloads and updates. Where offline full access is offered, it is subject to a valid local licence and may occasionally require re-verification.
Purchases and refunds
Google Play processes purchase payments. QibCode does not receive your full payment-card details. Prices displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase control. Refunds are subject to Google Play's applicable rules and any rights available under law.
Your licence
You may use the app and purchased access for your own personal, non-commercial study on authorized devices. You may not copy, extract, sell, redistribute, publicly distribute, bypass access controls, share protected package keys, reverse engineer protected content, or use our content to create a competing question bank except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Practice data
Some practice status and resume information is stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. Local progress may be lost if app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, and it does not currently sync automatically between phones.
Our content and marks
QibCode's original software, interface, question organization, protected media, text, explanations, design elements and brand assets are owned by QibCode or used with permission. Public facts and official legal information remain subject to their own sources and rights.
Availability
We may update, correct, replace or discontinue app content or technical services when needed for security, legal compliance, product maintenance or accuracy. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to legitimate full-access users.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular immigration outcome.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
